The Appeal Court has upheld the decision in the Kleiman estate case, stating that the court did not make any errors in judgment or rely on an incorrect legal standard. The case, which is now being represented by David's brother Ira, involved the striking down of sanctions imposed on Wright for obstructing the legal process. The lower-tier District Court had found Wright guilty of willfully obstructing the legal process. The Appeal Court judges have determined that the lower court's decision was justified and have upheld it.
